Background
GJH Group, headquartered in Malacca, Malaysia, is a well-known real estate development and construction company with over 30 years of experience in the region. The company focuses on large-scale residential and commercial development projects, emphasizing practical design, aesthetic quality, and durability. At one of its commercial/industrial facilities in Malacca, the outdated vehicle access system resulted in slow traffic, inadequate safety measures, and operational inefficiency.
