VIETNAM FACTORY MAIN GATE PROJECT
Background
The client is a building materials processing factory with its own small but well-known factory in Vietnam. He saw our brand’s telescopic sliding gate at a friend’s factory, liked them very much, and then contacted us through his friend’s introduction. Previously, they were using a stainless steel retractable gate, but due to the large clearance and the need for a long size gate, the previous style was unsuitable for such a large space, the design was unreasonable, and the gates were not durable, requiring replacement. Therefore, they asked us to redesign a better one for them
CUSTOMER REQUESTS
- Because trucks enter and exit the factory, a clearance of 20.4 meters must be maintained after all the gates are opened.
- A sturdy, durable, and aesthetically pleasing gate suitable for extra-long gateways.
- The gate uses a segmented telescopic design and is rust-free.
- Specifically, it features infrared anti-climb alarm function and infrared anti-collision function.
- It adopts a single-gate design, instead of a double-gate design.
- It has wind-resistant function and is typhoon-proof.
OUR SOLUTION
We recommend our QG-CP-DH25M telescopic sliding gate to our customers. A single sliding gate can be up to 50 meters long, and two sliding gates can be up to 100 meters long.
To ensure a clearance of 20.4 meters, the overall length of the gate is calculated to be 22.2 meters, the height 1.6 meters, and the width 0.8 meters. When the gate is folded down, it measures 5.9 meters. A gantry frame is used for fixing the gate.
The gate is equipped with a QG750 high-power motor with a power output of 1200W, ensuring sufficient driving force and smooth operation.
The storefront features two LED displays that allow users to input text for a design that will then scroll through the display.
The wiring in the gate uses the world-renowned Igus tank chain, ensuring that the wires will not break during back-and-forth movement.
CUSTOMER FEEDBACK
The goods were delivered to the customer’s site on time. The after-sales engineer guided the customer through the installation process according to the drawings. The entire process went very smoothly. After installation, the customer was very satisfied and provided us with photos of the site, stating that they would recommend us to more customers.
We provide a large number of spare parts, which saves our customers more time and costs.
