Zoomline Factory Access Control Solution — 40-Meter Main Entrance Project
Background
Zoomline is a large-scale manufacturing enterprise specializing in industrial equipment production. With increasing logistics activities, staff mobility, and visitor access, the factory required a smarter and more secure system to manage daily vehicle and personnel entry.
The original entrance setup could no longer meet the company’s operational demands. During shift changes and delivery hours, multiple trucks and employees entered simultaneously, creating congestion and potential security blind spots. The management team wanted a comprehensive entrance solution that could ensure efficient vehicle control, safe pedestrian passage, and unified system management — while maintaining a professional corporate image.

Client requirements
- Rapid and secure vehicle access for trucks, staff, and visitors
- Integrated sliding gate and LPR system for automated entry management
- Seamless separation of pedestrian and vehicle flows to prevent congestion and ensure safety
- Centralized monitoring and control interface for real-time supervision, event logging, and easy maintenance
- Full compatibility with the factory’s existing security infrastructure
- Heavy-duty reliability with minimal maintenance, ensuring stable operation under continuous factory use
Solution
After site measurement and technical evaluation, QiGong Industrial Solutions designed and implemented a comprehensive access management system that perfectly matched Zoomline’s operational layout and safety standards.

Key Solution Components:
Dual-Segment Sliding Gate System (34 meters total width)
Two 17-meter heavy-duty sliding gates were installed side by side to form a combined 34-meter-wide main gate. Each gate section operates independently or in sync, allowing flexible opening for different vehicle sizes.
The gates feature trackless drive technology, anti-collision sensors, and aluminum alloy frames with rust-resistant coatings, ensuring smooth movement and long-term reliability even under frequent use.License Plate Recognition (LPR) Barrier Gate
Installed on the left side of the entrance, the LPR system automatically identifies registered vehicles and opens the barrier without manual intervention. This significantly reduces wait times and prevents unauthorized entry. The system also records all vehicle data for security traceability.Facial Recognition Turnstile Channel
On the far left, a pedestrian access channel equipped with facial recognition turnstiles provides safe, contactless entry for employees and visitors. It ensures accurate attendance logging and prevents unauthorized walk-in access.Centralized Control Integration
All devices — sliding gates, barrier gate, and turnstiles — are connected to a central monitoring platform that allows security staff to view status, control access, and respond instantly through one unified system.
This integrated solution not only improves security and traffic efficiency but also enhances the corporate image of Zoomline’s manufacturing base—delivering a seamless balance between safety, technology, and design.
